The eskimos.ro website is run by DANSKI SIN SRL (Eskimos Ski Rental), with its registered office at Calea București nr. 15B, Sinaia, postal code 106100, Prahova County, Romania, Tax ID (CUI) 19123802. This policy applies to all visitors of the website and complements our Privacy Policy. This is a translation of the Romanian version; in case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the website to work properly, remember your choices (for example your cookie consent) and, if you agree, help us understand how the website is used. Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies), others by external services built into the website (third-party cookies).

2. Legal basis

We use cookies in accordance with Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, and with the GDPR. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. For all other categories, we ask for your consent through the cookie banner before they are set.

Strictly necessary

They ensure the basic functioning of the website: security, spam protection for forms and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled from the banner, but you can block them in your browser, in which case some features of the website may not work.

Functional

They allow external content that you choose to be displayed, for example the Google Maps map on the contact page.

Statistics

Marketing

5. Third-party services

Cloudflare Turnstile – spam protection for forms. Details: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Facebook and Instagram – the website only contains simple links to our pages. They do not set cookies unless you click them.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings:

Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of cookies before the withdrawal.
